Not sure this would benefit anyone anyone as much as Retri, but would be nice if a clan's abbreviated name could be used for who swho drank yrank mrank etc. just the same as the clans full name. would be nice to drank 1 retri etc. instead of spelling out the spo :can now quest whole thing all the time. I'm sure other clans could benefit too just not as familiar with others short names as our own. Just an idea! Ary-

Subject pretty much says it all, I know and appreciate the idea of cleaning up the number of channels is a great idea, but for people like myself who don't really want to read through every line of gossip to see if someone is talking about sports and often keeps the channel off due to spam it would be nice to have a sports channel again. Wondering how this system works on items when you loot more than one item from a mob, I.E. I kill the mob for map of the world and possessed aura in Glamdursil, 200 or so attempts has gotten me 5-10 Polished or better portals, but 0 auras. Just kind of doesn't seem like its the same odds for the second or third items looted as it is the first. Ary

I don't know if this idea has ever been posted, or even possible, but it just gt [Repop] zangar @@ 20:58:06 occured to me that it would be a neat addition, and add more meaning to clan ranks, to be able to post a note to your clan and set a minimum rank to be able to read the note. Would make it cool for conducting clan business in some cases without selecting specific members but being able to reach out to certain ranks. Just a thought

Looking for advice other than "load a backup copy" here please: I haven't logged in a few days, as of my last login, aardmush has worked as intended including all mini-windows etc. As of today I logged in and found that several mini windows are missing, and none of them that are here are aligned correctly or anything even close to how I have had them set up for a very long time. This is far from the first issue I've had with aardmush but it is the latest. If I am doing something to cause problems such as this one I'd love to know what I'm doing so I can stop! lol THanks in advance for any and all help Ary

Currently shortflags does not shorten (WANTED) flags, could it? I realize there is currently a (W) for White for aura of sanctuary, but it is Bwhite in color, could do bred (W) for wanted? or even change (white) to (Sanctuary) shortened to (S) in an effort to enable shorter flags than whats currently offered? It is my opinion, that if you flag yourself as OPK, then you accept the risk of openly being targeted, anytime. anywhere... I think that if you flag yourself OPK that as soon as you're in combat with another player, no form of evasion should be allowed, no flee, no retreat, no recall etc. etc. The only addendum I would make is that to keep from making a gang bang situation happening that no one else can engage in pk with either player.

I don't know what the cost should be, but there should be a way to anonymously call wars from anywhere in the mud, except maybe prison rooms.. maybe 1tp? Currently most player called wars end up with either no combatants because typically speaking the person calling the war is most likely to win it or it gets a few extremely low level newbies to join. Personally I'd rather not waste 500k on a war that doesn't get a single other participant, and I don't care about war kills enough to enjoy slapping a newbie once to pad my stats and get a war win, I'd rather call a war anonymously and lose than have it that way.

New grouping idea

Have been considering this thought it was worth throwing out there I think there should be more motivation to grouping, currently there are draggers and dragees, and depending on the tier of each sometimes grouping in this manner can slow the dragger down and be inconvenient and thus convince the dragger to stop grouping as often unless its equally as beneficial. My proposal is a rough idea at best and rather than replacing the current grouping situation, this might be a cool alternative. Currently a big problem I've noticed with grouping is that while grouped its pretty temporary, and usally caused by someone outleveling the other however with my idea, you might have a semi-perma groupie or small handful of groupies that you group with all the time, to give a small bit of motivation to stay levelign with the same people regularly, if the two have differing tnl an average of the two peoples tnl would be applied to both, I think capping this would clearly be important otherwise t9's would group with t0's constantly etc. Before anyone stops reading and replies here, hear me out. If a person with 10k tnl and a person with 5k tnl group, the average would be 7.5k tnl each, ultimately the same exp per level would be gained but rather than one of the two gaining 2 levels to the other persons 1 they could level up at similar rates of speed and thus allowing them to group together for longer periods of time and more consistantly. I think a 5k tnl gap would be a good place to start, but thought this was an interesting idea and would make leveling seem a bit less like a grind and more fun still. Like I said just a rough idea, but thought it was worth a mention

I under stand that the trolls don't like elves and when they walk into the room they're going to be attacked. and vice versa. However I noticed that there seem to be 2 things off here. Being a paladin I was charing rooms and the trolls would still aggro my groupie, even though I charged into the room they'd all aim to him and say the same 'says' line as if my groupie walked into the room solo. I feel like this could be a bug if not it probably should be changed either way. The second thing is, after having charged a room without my groupie, then my groupie dooring in afterwards after restocking, the trolls did not bother him. I did not test him dooring into a room with them without me engaged with the room but I feel like it'd probably have the same turnout via doorway Ary-

Mobs that have keys in an area where gq mobs are should trigger repops in the same way gquest mobs do I couldn't see in room (no night vision) but used area attack to kill gtell [Repop] stone @@ 23:19:09 mobs hoping it'd loot the key, instead it sacrificed the corpse's of the mobs and no keys, my fault really, but would be a sweet change for many other reasons too
