I don't understand the logic here. When bows are used in melee, they're a melee
 weapon and thus do fall under weaponmaster (and parry). Many people can use
 bows, not just hunters, unlike hammer which is smith-only.

As the helpfile says, bows used at range falls under Archery, which is Hunter
 only and not affected by weaponmaster or parry.

The problem here is that Talsa's helpfile keywords are: Empire of Talsa
Based on Aiighialla, this should be changed to: Talsa 'Empire of Talsa'

Not only will having 'Talsa' be the first keyword fix the search index,
 it will also stop 'help of' from finding Talsa.

Room ID 12504, named The Continent of Mesolar seems to be incorrect.
Its name is generic and its description is almost a copy of room 12505 to the
 east, but based on rooms 12503 and 12505 around it, it should be named
 'Atop Mount Olympus' and have a more unique description.

According to help curse, this cleric-only spell uses int as its primary stat,
 which doesn't seem to make any sense (since int's not even a secondary stat
 for clerics, much less primary).

If you initiate attack on a target that already has revenge on you, that timer
 is not reset (to 15 min). It just stays the same.

This means that you can pk someone you already pk'd just under 15 minutes ago
 and their revenge will expire almost immediately.

What if the non-limited contribution items in IF (weapons, dmg reducers)
 would count as a form of contribution directly, not just in the player-run
 spreadsheet?

One of the issues with removing run limits entirely is that people will just
 skip the weapons/reducers that help the run and leech points for rank gear.
 What if buying those items would instead reduce the run limits?

No one seems to have pointed out that Icefall is unique because you can farm
 points in IF1 while IF2 is lacking numbers. Therefore, it is completely
 possible (and likely) for lots of IF gear to be sold while no progress is made
 on getting more people active in IF2 - in fact, there's now a disincentive
 for the 16 people who have completed IF2 to help since they would actually
 be hurting their own market power from the lack of supply.

Also, regarding the previous numbers about ~300 inferno runs vs. >500 IF runs, 
 IF1 runs more than twice as often as inferno, which still seems to make IF
 gear more plentiful than Inferno gear.

(Apologies again if the numbers already took repop time into account, because
 I didn't do that math.)

As i recall, that conversation on gossip lasted over 2 hours and it was already
 very repetitive when i turned off the channel about an hour in. To me, that's
 plenty harmful already, and could fall under spam if nothing else.

Most open sets, especially at higher levels, include almost exclusively items
 with resonate and not illuminate. Checking Gaardian Outfitter for L131, I see
 only 1 item option in 18 slots with illuminate, and it's not the top option.

Could we add a vault info command to display general information about your 
 vault - size, number of items inside, etc? I can't see a current way to get 
 this in a short message (without spamming yourself with your whole vault).

It makes no sense - the only purpose for them is to draw in victims that don't
 want to PK. I personally think the bonuses should be removed completely and
 replaced with a ladder/ranking/PVP-only bonuses.
I pointed out that attackers should lose bonuses because it was the natural
 logical extension of the previous argument/excuse for making OPK free kills.

Tax was not applied on the trains, only the gained removed:

 1563 - 291 = 1272


However, -50 practices suggests tax was applied on those which is odd.
Perhaps since it's negative anyways both the tax and free were ignored?

The bag is supposed to be equal in level to the character, not the character +
 tier bonus. When you buy it you get the tier bonus to its level, but then it
 autocorrects to L201.

So overall - technically not a bug, but maybe appraise could be fixed to not
 consider the bag as receiving the tier bonus during purchase?

Yes, Fiendish's answer was much more complete than mine.

The only thing I'd add (emphasize really since he did include it too) is that
 the article choice is almost always a choice by the user that adds meaning.
 Even if the object is truly unique, you can use either the or a in order to 
 emphasize or understate that uniqueness.

Perhaps Honda Civic wasn't the best example, but the base point still works.
A Honda Civic has a unique name but is not an unique object. In English unique
 names don't have to require unique words - thus a Shield of Mist.
A shield of mist would be a purely descriptive phrase indicating a shield made
 out of mist (or somehow associated with it at least). A Shield of Mist could
 very well also be a shield of mist, but it's not required.

I feel like I should point out that with only a ~40 hours repop time,

Trurien is right - ambiguity doesn't matter when there's no typo, and the rule
 on the description naming is upheld. It's ridiculous for existing mob names to
 be changed just because someone suggests it.

Similar examples would be that a 'flying cat' should be changed to a 'flying
 black cat' or that a 'citizen' in Kerofk should be named a 'citizen of Kerofk'
