I've been strangled several times by casters while levelling. 
Most melee types just attack/curse/web, it seems. Reading
the help file for strangle, it really seems like it should 
be a pthief skill. I'm relatively new here, so there may be things
I don't know. I was never able to wake up from a strangle, though.

I don't know how long the duration actually is, but it does 
seem to take forever when you're the victim of it.
Rather than change the duration, I'd suggest making strangle
Pthief only, it's a little silly to think of a caster type
being able to strangle a melee character at will.

I'd like to see ambush enhanced so that it actually causes damage, 
and a few rounds of lag to the victim. Ranger performs rather
poorly in close combat for a 'fighter' class, and a few 
unnopposed rounds might make the difference for us.
A 'trail' skill would be a nice enhancement for Hunters. 
Similar to an auto hunt, but with a bit less lag, the direction your prey
went would be displayed at the end of the room description.

It would also make sense for Rangers to be able to detect when they
are being hunted, and from which direction.

Maybe hammers should be two handed weapons, holding a staff 
(or any other holdable) would then require the hammer to be removed.

Rather than just an extra 'keep' command, why not add more available flags?
For example:

ndrop - toggle between being able to drop an item or not
nsacrifice - toggle between being able to sacrifice
nsell - toggle between being able to sell or not
nstore - toggle whether the item can be placed into a container

I didn't mean it should reset so that I could cast it again immediately 
after death. It does seem a little harsh to have a 13 minute cooldown, though,
as opposed to a 3 minute. But if that's the way it's meant to be, then 
that's the way it is.

When I die with Wrath of Gaia in effect, the cool off 
timer remains at the time it had on death. Should'nt it reset 
as though it had worn off naturally?
