Allowing sloth to be removed at a healer/manor will have significant
changes to the existing mechanics, primarily in defensive situations.
Currently, a mage on the defensive can sloth an attacker, move on to
another area to xp/pup and, in most instances, not worry about being
attacked again before the sloth cooldown expires (in which case, rinse and
repeat). If sloth is able to be easily removed while the cooldown is still
in effect, then this is a significant change in favor of the attacker who
can now come right back at the sorcerer without worrying about sloth being
available.

Note that Wire's suggested change would have little to no impact on other
situations such as a gank vs a sorcerer or a sorcerer being the aggressor.
Also, note that this note purposefully does not address the gquest
situation since that is a completely separate set of issues, and I wanted
to make sure and highlight the resulting change in gameplay at large.

Dying in a war should not make your Genie Rune rot. I know
there are manual workarounds this, but I rarely remember to
bag it and war deaths are supposed to not have penalties.
War participation is low enough - let's not have hassle associated
with avoiding penalty upon a war death.

+1 to Wire's post. I don't think pk windows based on pup windows is a good idea
for the reasons he stated. People would be forced to pup into very limited
windows of pk action availability or choose to limit their char's power to
stay back with a larger portion of the playerbase. Weird incentives.
I generally think doing pk bracketing based on other items such as mastery,
instinct, epic gear etc. is also not a good idea, although better than just
based on pups.

Eliminating interference in pk fights from people that are too high
level to be in pk range makes some sense to me (think the revenge function
works well if a 170 lvl player wants to interfere in a SH fight, for 
example, though).

Additional Clan Goldsinks

TLDR Version: Clans need more goldsinks.

Clanmembers gathering resources to help built out a clan hall, maze,
equipment, etc. is something that adds a lot of value to the Aardwolf
experience. However, many clans maxed out their maze and clan hall long
ago and other than rotating in some equipment or other one-off items,
there arent any big items left to pursue. I dont believe this is just an
issue for the super large clans, as my experience in smaller clans was
similar once they were established. I recognize that adding these could
disadvantage some small clans, but I think this could be mitigated through
thoughtful implementation of the new goldsink purchase options. 


I think the overall concept is more important than my specific ideas on
implementation as no doubt there are better ideas, but just a few to start
for illustration purposes:

-A temporary additional guard for the clan maze. Length of time the
additional guard sticks around, power level and cooldown after purchase
all considerations.
-A mercenary type pet that a clan could take on raids or perhaps
epic/mini epic runs. Same considerations.
-Temporary purchase of additional clan skill or buffing the existing clan
skill for period of time.
-Purchasing an outpost in an existing area. Outpost would provide some
temporary additional benefit for clan members in the area (e.g., slightly
increased xp or gold drops, or reduced damage taken). Could be combined
with some type of mini-raid idea where opposing clans could attack the
outpost.
-Temporary ability to outfit clan shop with 5x heals rather than 4x.
-Purchase of an entry into a mini-epic type area for clans (thinking
something less time consuming / difficult than raiding).

Again, the specific ideas are less important than the overall concept 
which is that more opportunities for group activities in pursuit of a
common goal is a good thing for Aardwolf.
