So I was made aware of the qspell command. While it's kinda nice, I do like the
layout of the spells command a bit more since qspell is just a brief output
style. Could these commands be merged together under the spells/skills command?

So I was doing a little project today and I figured I would just get all skills
and spells to 100%. I kept using stuff like skills/spells combat to see what
one was up next. I then started using the learned command, while it is nice
seeing it from lowest to highest learned percentage I think it should have
an option to do something like learned 2 99 which would show all skills/spells
that are at 2% to 99% learned.

Not going to read through all the notes because I don't use the orb nor do I
really care about it.


As for the whole increase the pup mob hp to 3 times the current amount or what
ever. To me, all you do is make it beneficial for those that already have
hundreds of thousands of pups to retain their position in power and not have
any fear of others catching them.

I guess the main question is, why the heck was this item even ALLOWED to go
live? If items like this are allowed to be on the mud then sign me up to be
wear 1921004240
a builder and I'll build an area with an obscure Area Quest that will reward
you with an item that gives you 1 million hp/mana/moves and instantly kills
anything that is zapped by it.

I'm all for new skills/spells. As for Ninja, should maybe look at reducing the
total subclasses from 4 to 3. By removing one and spreading the skills out to
the other 3 would make for some interesting thief subclasses.

I think that's the point. There aren't any guardians because the skills
available to them provide no benefit compared to other classes like some
warrior subclasses.

I think if those skills were to change they should be given to guardian
subclass. Maybe give knight shield block but no fortitude. Currently Guardian
only gets a fast rescue and an auto rescue. They should get both those skills
because they are a pure tanking class.

1) Unclanned have the entire mud to help them if they are being attacked.
They aren't confined to alliances or clan rules.

2) I do care if people are OPK, they actually should care about Player Killing
not because of the rewards. (Btw, remove the rewards for all to reinforce that
fact)

3) They chose not to be in a clan so there for they didn't to deal with being
attacked at anytime. But once the bonus' came in, now they want to do pk?
Pretty coincidental? I think not.

Exactly, people were perfectly happy not to have to worry about being in a 

OPK because of that reason. NoPK clans were invented for those that didn't want
to deal with being pk'd but wanted some type of social interaction in a group.

Make it so that there are requirements to joining OPK. Such as, you need to be
a valid pk target in a pk room. So, no more OPK flagged people from NoPK clans.
They wanted NoPK and now they want OPK because it has rewards? Outcast and
join a PK clan.

Since the ability to buy "epic" equipment was released there needs to be an
easier way to allow to buy this equipment. Rather than someone having to redo
to transfer the qp, why not have it so we can tell an Imm to transfer X qp
to player for X item.
Heck, since we have the ability to reown owned equipment without the assistance
of an Imm, just give us the ability to QP transfer to other players with
logging and a transfer fee of like 1% of the total QP transfered.

I was reading over this thread and first thing I thought of in his first note
was that he is just trolling. Now, that being said, Imms do not nochan/ban/nuke
or enforce any other form of punishment without reason. If they did, they would
be removed. I don't know what the troll said to get nochanned but I trust the

I personally think that if this was to be implemented it could provide some
fun training events between allies. You could do it in a combat maze but
allowing it to be mud wide would provide a better "training" aspect of 
learning how to pk and how to get out of a pk situation. Especially when it
comes to areas that have rooms full of hostile mobs.

I could see maybe an event be held like one ally chooses 5 players of the
"opposing" clan and the "opposing" clan chooses 5 players of the first ally's
and the first ally to successfully kill off the other 5 players wins some
prize set between the two. Or it could be something like what was done a
while back with the "Hardcore" challenge between the clans.

Any who, that's my two cents on it.

So back when I used to use AFK to mark when I wasn't here, I would end up
typing afj and never end up with the afk flag. So, I made an alias for afj to
become afk. And guess what started happening after that? I wouldn't type afj or
afk... I would type afl. So I made afl also mean afk. Then one day I abandoned
the whole flagging myself afk :P

So I ran into something odd today, I was wandering around going after my cp mob
and on the ground I saw the following:

So, I picked up the "sword" so I could just sell it at a shop but then I

I agree too that decoupling raider flags along with dropping overall guard
stats/damage would be a good step towards helping others learn how to raid if
they wanted to test the waters so to say.

Also, to add a little twist to it, what do you think about one clan randomly
getting chosen to be allowed to defend the clan? Same rules would apply with
defender limit/time outs. This of course would require a new flag to be 
made since the (Raider)/(Defender) flag would be decoupled.

If that's the case, then why can't I make a trigger to cast web until
it hits 100% fully webbed and recast every time you dissolve until it's
back to 100% fully webbed?

While we are at it, why can't I auto cast restore life when my hp drops below
X amount? Same can be said with blind, curse, and any other relevant PvP
related spell/skill?

Hey all,

I have been using a Logitech Performance MX mouse for years and years, I
recently discovered that my left mouse button is screwing up when I click and
hold down. It will start to fire the gun or whatever I am using, then like a
quarter second later it disengages (even though I'm still holding it down) then
will sometimes re-engage.

I'm guessing it's time to get a new mouse. I know I could probably find another
Performance MX mouse but was wondering what peoples thoughts were on mice that
have been made in the past few years. The thing I like about the MX is its
weight, it recharges with a USB cable over having to swap batteries, and it
is fairly smooth and accurate scrolling (mouse pad is a mirror).

I guess my cons (and reason I'm looking for other suggestions) are that the
number 3 and 4 buttons are somewhat awkward to use at times and the scroll lock
toggle button sometimes screws me up when trying to use scroll up/down (using
for switching weapons or whatever).

Anyhow, like I said, just looking for suggestions and maybe if you want to put
if you have used a MX and switched to something else and throw a comparison up.

So there were several mobs at Santa while I was there spelling people up
and I figured I would try to clear them out by using panic. This is where
the bug happened. I casted panic and someone's animated object was treated
as a mob and not a pet...

Could the following be added to the "Second" argument?

Dual, Secondary, offhand, wielded2

Would make it a bit easier than just the argument 'second'. I tend to think
of the offhand weapon as secondary but that doesn't work.

Yeah, I think something special should be done. Like give mobs the boost for a
change. For the day of the billionth kill, mobs will have +1% to all hp/damage
for every player killed by a mob.

Also, all damage is reduced by 10% to all mobs along with half exp for that
day.

I was thinking about this the other day when I ran out of mana and got the
message one of my dodges wouldn't work. But anyhow, onto the actual idea.

Make dodges require some type of resource to use. Such as, blink would consume
5 mana per blink, dodge would be 5 moves, holy rift would be 5 mana and 5 
moves, ect. The reason behind this is it would add some type of usefulness to
mana and moves other than using it for primary attack skills/spells. This
would open up ideas for PK skills that would reduce mana (Psi skill mana drain)
or reduce moves (Warrior skill, hobble).

Every other skill/spell in the game requires some type of resource cost and
would add a little twist to pk which we all know needs some tweaking and
fresh ideas.
